Malacca, Malaysia

After more than 5 years not visiting Malacca, I managed to arrange for a trip down to the historic state with a friend for a 3 days 2 nights weekend getaways.

It was a busy weekend, a bit of traffic on the road, most of the hotel is full and lots of tourists on the street.

DAY 1 Arriving around 6pm, we check in to the hotel and went out for dinner.
Our first meal in Malacca was the famous Malacca Chicken Rice Ball.
We then have a short walk on Jonker Street enjoyed the egg-shaped ice cream and some local bbq cuttle fish, where it suddenly rain, therefore we decided to quickly walk back to the hotel and rest.

DAY 2
It's a sightseeing day. A bit of rain in the morning, luckily we have an umbrella with us. Visited some of attractions in the city, includes Red House, A Famosa, Samudera Museum, The Baba & Nyonya Heritage Museum.
Tried some of the local Nyonya food and Satay Celup, one of the specialty in Malacca.

DAY 3
Packed and back home.
